Briquette coal drying equipment consists of the heating system, heat exchanging system, aggregate feeding system, supports, feeding and catching system and exhausting system. The heat conduction uses thermal oil circulation, so as to auto-control temperature, in order to meet different demands of the briquette drying.
1. The heat of this equipment is supplied by the thermal oil furnace. To dry the briquette on the chain conveyor is using the hot oil circulation pump to transfer the heat to the heating surface.
2. The briquette goes down from the feeding bucket to the chain conveyor, when the conveyor comes to the sunken place of the lead rail, the roller goes along the declivitous part of the lead rail to discharge the briquette to the next floor chain board. The chain board goes up along the upper part of the lead rail pulling by the chain, then down to become the second floor chain conveyor through the chains on both side. At final, the briquette goes out from the discharge hole after several circulations like above.
3. The heat exchanging system is actually the heating transfer row of tubes. There are row of tubes to transfer heat under each chain boards except the upper board. The thermal oil flows through the tubes which heated by the thermal oil furnace, and transfer the heat to the drying room through row of tubes, heat the indoor temperature around 190℃, in order to dry the briquette on the chain board. And reheating the thermal oil back to the furnace, to supply the heat again by the circulation.
4. The exhaust system consists of the air channels and variable frequency draft fan.
The product features:
1. This equipment adopts closed type, less heat losses, energy-saving and environmental protection, lower the running cost.
2. Using the thermal oil as heat medium, to reach the auto-control of the temperature, never on fire, so that could meet all different demands of the briquette drying.
3. Even thermal loading, better effect of the heat exchanging, the partial temperature over high or over low will not appeared.
4. High rate of finished drying briquette, lower broken rate.
5. The briquette transfer is powered by the adjustable-speed motor, it could adjust the drying time according to the thickness and the moisture content of the briquette, to reach the best drying effect, so as to improve the drying quantity at high limit.
6. The gas exhaust uses the variable frequency draft fan, can avoid the raise dust, protecting the environment, and to reduce the running cost effectively.

Attentions
1. While doing the pressure test after the heating system well installed, the expansion tank and oil storage tank should not be included.
2. The complete inspection should be taken to the running parts and seals/fasteners before drying, and doing the running-in test to make sure everything is ok before the ignition.
3. The thermal oil furnace should be operated according to the heating curve, should close the assistant air evacuation valve after done the dehydration and gas exhausting.
4. The thermal oil furnace must be operated after done the dehydration and gas exhausting.
5. Make sure the thermal oil circulation goes well during the high temperature status.
6. The thermal oil in the expansion tank keeps in high liquid level while in the storage tank keeps in low level during normal working.
7. The vent nozzle of the expansion and storage tank should be connected to the safe area.
8. When starting the equipment, should start the hot oil circulating pump, then ignition.
9. Should first start the bottom chain conveyor then the upper conveyor while starting the conveying system.
10. The air exhaust draft fan should be turned on while the briquette starts drying.
